市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

1 s. a1 }5 F# t2 Q8 c" }7 }不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

Here is our update on the Edmonton real estate market. (Previous week's numbers are in brackets). For the past 7 days:

Ratio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)
# Price changes: 159 (221, 189, 212)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 142 (324, 98, 135)

) a* O; X* u- h0 g6 i; eActive listings for single family homes: 1784 (1792, 1933, 1954)

关键是市场上好房子不多!  

( Z4 f! d# ~; b& M6 R以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
