F8 Z: y% h/ {8 `6 o% ?7 \7 Q• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) . O( {% P' b+ {" p7 M8 a
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.$ G" ?2 E& v, N' D* ~* j8 n
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. ' a) E [, |& z$ c( G
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
* a, S# Q) h4 F) z& E9 Y• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
7 _9 P. o8 G$ c% p• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
. Q/ h T7 a v0 X2 U2 o• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).6 m f' Q. K9 R+ z2 m6 ^

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; $ C# X% f% G. ~! [& d+ g
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; / m) M8 o$ }; D
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
