Job Duties / Responsibilities, ]9 Z/ O9 p: |# P; x
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
7 N. p+ X7 Z+ x) V H$ y• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.* _* F `' y9 ~/ ~
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
1 f/ M7 h) w% Y7 m0 `• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
8 b$ m+ l2 O) ]• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; ; } A: {" p d5 {+ T
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
2 r- b: T" B$ L' t, U4 }0 s• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
+ z1 e4 n9 R% G! Z3 D! `' v5 U• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; $ I" f+ C5 _( c2 W$ @* H; f
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
