do in the event that you find yourself ill.

influenza virus is contagious and is spread person to person via close' M, J5 {* O- L! f5 Y7 b; {& }
contact. The virus also rests on hard surfaces such as counters and
4 o7 ]/ e; U2 C0 j* p1 qdoorknobs and can spread when people touch contaminated surfaces and
. k. p) | u8 C+ _+ ?3 I+ Sthen unknowingly transfer the virus to their eyes, nose or mouth.* s8 c( z( Q# z. C9 ]' l D
Practicing good preventive hygiene (e.g., wash your hands and cover your
5 X: b6 q) Z2 N7 u$ ycough) and following the self-care practices as outlined by Alberta
6 d, C6 e& k5 k, @3 M6 f/ sHealth and Wellness will greatly assist in minimizing the chance of4 Y2 O: k4 E9 R4 U8 O7 W
infection.
