3 {/ B1 C( L( s9 iC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

" j# Q5 `0 r) N! |) ?• Gathering and documenting requirements; 7 i6 X/ |, o* k5 r' e5 `
• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
/ ]9 b- f# @( D: R$ W" R* x2 s• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
/ U5 ]% ~* j* N D! K f7 u• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction; 4 `% l. X7 v9 d; y
• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing; & \% Q9 z6 d: v9 g
• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
* v/ H1 E2 W, f; D* n; A8 X• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
' R/ z+ U; p" M7 }0 }6 m/ k• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
\7 T: m5 S( ]4 H# |• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
, `! r" j1 z2 o2 {0 |• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and - _0 \+ W3 s4 s0 G
• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
6 U7 V3 u+ ^3 [! A3 q$ k) rMandatory Requirements:
& m# J7 `' \) z• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.- p9 D) h+ Y1 ]3 z$ h% [
• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
' V c- m1 f& B$ ?+ n' J• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.: x; q. B6 _! ]
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
" ~ v# ] L! b7 t& j) Y3 K" t# h% B• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures., E( U2 u1 i3 O9 |4 w1 s/ R: F
• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
% w3 f4 C2 J% v8 ?. a• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
5 R) I3 s% R9 a2 d3 j/ ZDesirable Requirements:
2 p) I: E: f z$ d% r5 Y& @• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
