4 ~5 \. `' n( `7 M( L8 {' o8 G" i% `2 MC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
5 h- i& i5 w& E0 S% l9 s•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
. t8 v6 o  |% H! \2 q' J•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
; O) K; _3 _. W" t' Q; u/ o•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
" p/ m% k+ N5 Y•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
  R! R1 _  a* N/ F: d- xMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
0 ?/ _/ X% {" X6 e- M•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
# i) w$ S8 p2 |! Q* P•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
; K0 `* v# n: O+ b•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
* l- R7 n1 r# [" Q3 S# D. T" GDesirable Requirements:
9 v$ M$ X) s8 y1 a% X! {( {•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
) }6 f0 j# q5 n•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
