C# Systems Analyst

% [, J# c( l* a( K5 \: d% ~; DC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
3 H" N! v/ N. {  h! H* `8 bDuties:
5 V) i1 ~( h1 i- J& \' }2 |•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
2 S. k9 e( F3 K: ~% \  ~7 y" m, L+ m•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
  v* N- A3 x5 O. {# C  i6 D•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
3 ]7 r$ u& V: `4 x5 C- k•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
/ r) m/ P2 P1 b: w2 z& J•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
0 D+ [/ f/ q4 U2 O•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
  v, [) p3 m: _5 U  g. _•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
! N9 l" a0 u) D•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
4 ?4 O7 P2 p4 W9 Q$ R) `Mandatory Requirements:
! E3 |8 @: D% Z5 h* W# s/ ]; M) X•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
: q" @5 t( ?  b/ o$ v4 ]6 s•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
( h: t0 |- r6 w+ @# ]+ Z•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
# ~( l5 K/ T: s- KDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
