C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
+ X  n2 p, P$ sDuties:
+ `6 A+ t# B0 e•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
. ]6 I" V! d8 l0 O" {•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
# P% [6 U' F/ ~: r•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
9 ~  L8 o! ^+ [, ~0 V$ F. h•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
$ `/ U, u+ E) }•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
7 e3 [6 g, z! A( K- w. ]' J2 U•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
; I5 S" A4 ?  K  v  D' R•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
0 I" D# {% B" |; H•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
) ~/ V# m1 s  X6 D" y•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
' U& u, [6 l0 @) q2 W4 yMandatory Requirements:
8 s$ F6 v" i. H1 t5 ~•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

- e; W0 y* B3 V  x# k3 {•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
* L# g4 b' @9 C; w: R, h* D' n6 G  _•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
