8 j1 S2 w: \$ Y# GC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
) f+ z9 d( v# sDuties:
4 X: B6 \5 L& c•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
' |7 x# b' A, ^. X+ k9 A- c; t•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
/ G# [# |$ \9 W8 ]% s. k" O* {•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
/ n" l" G. {+ K•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
/ G& h# S% w+ G+ D•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
4 Q  r+ ?8 ~+ L# S: K$ ]•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
% ], _: d# g8 M8 ?# m, y: C$ {•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
! v+ a2 i) J* K•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
5 \# c# U+ a& ~1 I8 N•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
2 a/ p) H4 `9 a6 e  j•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
! M: v2 H- o9 Y) T0 l•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
