C# Systems Analyst

7 f2 G+ o0 W( Z9 G6 F/ ZC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
% O! N5 i$ f# d5 i) O. R0 X% L, c# _Duties:
& G9 L5 C4 |* H) ~& Q+ h+ t8 g•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
0 ]0 _0 O# S9 }•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
2 o: |4 h0 m7 N+ l$ g4 v. D5 j•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
4 H1 r  N( j0 S•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
6 s0 U2 {- Q2 o. Y. L" M•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
7 J8 Y& j  w2 @& `( |•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
( ~. g* k$ o4 v! |9 B5 Q•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
1 c* h3 B$ U& K' s•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
" p0 p1 `  {6 M9 `7 ^0 e0 r7 J•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
. ^# @1 x+ e8 Y; Y•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
