C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
3 l1 _- y- l$ ^! w5 x•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
1 W) \, V9 X" s1 k; K+ U•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
0 b) Q$ W8 R# C! i" q7 w' X" s•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
# f- K3 V. V  a/ ~7 v+ U•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
+ ?) n4 H; j1 P, P/ i1 H7 \; Q•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
* {& u( [5 B+ F$ t! A+ ]•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
  C' l8 e% x0 p% \! h•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
4 w: S7 K9 n2 C! [•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
: E. h* y7 p' U& D+ {•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
8 P& T. J9 o: v/ P7 E; g•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
/ z5 F- K0 b4 _% N& mDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
