Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  
) g$ X' h1 `# K
) _' O" c  x5 Q. gWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible 2-3 days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

Skill/Education/Experience required:
- r/ H3 k0 t. I6 z- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
7 E8 M+ J6 \) T; E: H: [% E- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
/ Z. `" `8 {0 Q! C- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
