• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
O- d. F7 e3 t+ A6 {• SAP match reporting and monthly management
3 F5 s- c, [0 Q• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.# m9 w0 l! w9 k+ L$ D7 ]3 h3 {
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
9 T* k* f% e' L, v• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.+ [* z/ N" k3 L1 V0 T
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
$ X3 `0 C3 g" b/ S3 q• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
* P3 Q! o6 R& {$ j+ c3 C• Order business cards as required.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
7 n/ J( E$ b/ @1 q' M' p• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
