Job Duties / Responsibilities
. n; V" l' W: M, h. Q7 \• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
. z5 c4 I o4 r O• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
; H9 r3 C) u, h6 M• SAP match reporting and monthly management
+ C3 I1 l% \7 d9 O" W• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.4 i/ T3 r. W4 ]$ f L5 K) i
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.' h, S6 X) L/ w
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
% l u' V/ ?1 [9 {+ w• Order business cards as required.
' a0 a8 d: R1 ]8 `3 ]+ o3 u• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses) C' m4 U. F' F- v% L! y+ A
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.4 }$ q, x/ f5 \: R4 {
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.
% s/ T* ^) X2 `• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

/ \7 c- y( H) jEducation / Experience
/ a3 |) c- a! U& ?) r• Grade 12 or equivalent
% Q' X3 t' j& H- {• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
, B$ I3 C. t& J• 3-5 years of related administrative experience1 R/ r6 L1 `9 ?; W
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater; x W) l, ]- F! g) j
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. " U( U3 o! \" {9 G/ `5 V1 X' w
• Attention to detail is required. . L. c! I' F3 [2 r) u& H9 J
• High level of customer service skills is a must.
