• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.- ?8 j& z7 G$ l5 Q
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.6 ]* l9 T" T2 k5 S8 u( \
• SAP match reporting and monthly management) ]; l5 I4 X. p1 z& D8 Y9 V
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

Education / Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
