• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.& y' T9 |- m D0 f4 S
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
7 m4 S- }& f. T• SAP match reporting and monthly management
/ t) w- n6 r5 @• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.1 X- }# E0 ^, T o+ h+ a% O
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.: l& O% Q, n6 \6 Z& _
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations." j+ N- t) J5 [/ @6 r9 t" H
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.3 I" J( m7 H) I" s6 w. d
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• 3-5 years of related administrative experience# ^0 u7 h! W3 `' H
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater6 l7 Q- t% | G6 _
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. " a! G$ w3 x* ^) j+ @( G. C
• Attention to detail is required.
