e) What's the actual tournament style? Winner goes on? Round Robin? Best record?

If you beat the other team, you will keep playing until top 3.

g) Do independents get paired up with other independents or, how does that work? What happens if there isn't enough or there's a number that doesn't work out etc.

All independent players will be in a playing pool. And we will select a captain and then captain will select their players from the pool. If not enough players, we can pick up players from other team.( z9 I8 V, B+ n" B* F8 ]
