2 |9 d" l0 r7 t2 oJob Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
6 i; ~& Q4 P7 x2 R# T9 @) v2 y) B& y• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
- q3 E0 X. J3 z) k- y! K; k* j: `• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
( o0 J2 a1 ?4 W8 k: [• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
9 j: E5 X' J* w) j5 N5 k• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
1 C/ Y- Z& K0 j. e) a• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
3 a* H/ f0 c+ `& o; X' @2 }• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
% I8 i% R% @% O$ R$ S$ y4 N4 r• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
5 U) T9 G- P  b4 ]8 m" O/ F• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
) H  _+ T2 T- U+ \• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
