This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
' c9 [/ H- c( HPrograms run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Entrance Criteria
' R& m6 [) r4 P+ D# OYou must be/have:
• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
, @6 K, K' E9 @: W• Unemployed or underemployed
, P5 e: K6 b) Y& P" r0 ?. T! m• Minimum 18 years of age
5 Q5 m, J$ ?9 K% O" B• Good moral character
• Good health and physical condition
" _  h4 f+ d% s, k# O/ Q• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
. K6 v0 l2 Q1 D2 h• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
) H: u' \2 Y% M) k6 {• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
