This program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

& q( G2 I- ]% ~9 {Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Entrance Criteria
You must be/have:
4 {- g6 J9 s: y& Z0 d• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
, r0 W  f; i* i' q7 v• Unemployed or underemployed
- }. f, @  G4 e# V7 q9 O! ~4 d% J• Minimum 18 years of age
9 W5 P  n# W. R8 i8 |• Good moral character
* l. x% L5 R. d: b• Good health and physical condition
; V  Z# }# Y+ m, B8 a+ J$ N4 ?- ]• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
