Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
" k" h  K# N7 ?. KSell merchandise to customers
: W3 ?5 E  B9 ^Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
5 T+ y- ]' n6 `. Y! Q8 PMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
& ]1 i8 _5 D# T5 E, VPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
4 J$ h; T6 K3 F6 B. |* RHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

, j# a* ]/ ~8 M         Completion of secondary school is required
: h% I; M+ x7 \- \1 c" |         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
