1 `/ [* m# K9 I- L% TWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

! E: \! F8 W* qEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
, H$ a, ]7 E3 ?6 x. s1 ?7 {1 I        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
2 r- }. T5 I# [        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
3 b. I& e8 m9 p# g$ w        General building management;
' Z/ c4 p$ P$ I( a/ S& X        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
