' Q7 d1 z+ r- f5 N1 eWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.
) b' }' I; O% s& F* X+ Z
% @9 F5 q8 ]" k# fEducational requirement:  
2 n7 X% q3 Y4 i& Q4 b7 P0 i7 u        University Degree, or
% ~1 E! Y# A) S* ]) v. X, {- }        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
* H. G# {2 ?; K* a4 R        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

0 T; D) L2 P7 B4 \5 POther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
2 P3 |7 h7 A6 s9 B7 ^4 G        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
3 c+ X# f2 S$ M8 w  ~% H/ P        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
- j# i! n5 O' }' ]        General building management;
% }( s. a( L* \        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
* R+ j! I  J2 h, e  D6 t7 m  V        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
