We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
# R. d8 r: S9 F1 E# \9 c        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
; v7 i  Q  Q6 X        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

  @7 V& W1 D* L5 t& I5 U# kOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
- b% S& J& O3 u' {" F- R        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
