9 J8 P* Q4 C! fWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
( h' c4 w1 ^& p  D/ t0 K2 S3 a        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
" g* l2 [) R  {& W: O        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

* a" m. n+ u! M4 i, i- a  i, Z2 XOther requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
" S9 i0 k7 n0 [% g5 ~" X9 a        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
# c6 {+ A  h& [) r- I4 m6 G8 z& ~) k- s        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
+ m6 @# Z" W+ ]; F        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
