  X7 t1 L. k+ B7 v" S+ ~7 e+ KWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

3 a3 R) Z2 Z, i/ K( s        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
9 }$ [- g  p' f2 f0 c$ A' Q        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
4 Y1 t; z' g4 G0 j) P, P) _        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
: E* Y1 Y$ K. u- w2 U) j        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
