We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
" ]( P, ]2 q$ F5 d+ w, ?        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

+ U: \: C4 t- d  x        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
: H1 l3 g5 D. b) c. k        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
& @6 p8 N8 M  S; q% x        Procurement and service contract management;
- x. }1 R& O5 }# _5 Q1 D, e        General building management;
. F0 E# `2 ^% `/ D        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
