8 z6 }& |, d, dWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.
+ \) |/ R2 E2 D8 w( c
$ s3 |8 W1 p# REducational requirement:  
& i: ^7 ?5 @9 @* \! P9 H1 D        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
1 ?3 M2 q6 h% n2 ~- E        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
; a) Y2 w* X9 |6 U7 e4 _! k2 @        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
