; K7 d: g1 H/ Q1 a" xWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
  Q' [2 C" z1 n, C# e6 Y8 ~- W        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
+ f7 H  n/ x# i/ }9 O! W        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
" e9 S& a( Y, }        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
* d* t* Y/ }# S! L        General building management;
- I- M1 f+ }: e0 ~        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
! Z5 T! k' u; j+ J7 r; C        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
