Police arrest two men after complaint of smelly truck carrying 1,500 pot plants

5 |' C$ R! Q j5 |! G+ w1 y5 ^Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.

Officers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.
