• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.; g: {( E- g( Y9 k+ z
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
2 Z4 l$ s8 k8 P4 @, s• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. * p4 X8 z% C' ~8 [6 u7 Y3 h( B
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. ' R. m/ s' e6 B# G+ a: d, w
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
, ^5 F) V" K8 ]# e• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.. W" g m1 b7 p P
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
. S) \. I+ W! b• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
3 O% M1 ~3 [ k3 u' t0 y4 Z6 D• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
9 s6 g! {: W1 c; |- L+ w• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
( l8 `! ~$ t. Y5 s! j! `, ]1 M• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
) L6 M/ t" e3 Q4 h2 t6 Z F• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user." F' i' g% M8 i- B
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
/ X! N: \3 {1 z8 [2 s• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
, w8 z# k- t; g• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.; I" q' y* q6 p7 m( |
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
8 A' g' R- @9 T. ]5 M( F# P' ]• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner # Z7 n2 x( N- m: g- `9 S7 ?( |+ Z
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
* N+ @1 Z# o9 g3 C• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 8 {1 X, K1 t$ z9 `" g+ P6 ?
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.( L" S) g* m+ h4 f) j& f
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
% _6 z* v/ g, V• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
) J, I: s/ c& s• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.- P/ |" m7 P( K( S
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.; H e0 ~, e% r. s, x) z+ S
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
% G7 K9 r$ o M• Grade 12 / GED. , R# K! ^3 r" _& z: O
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
3 V1 D# Q4 L9 e8 c2 ~# N% Q• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
& q3 T- f: j+ \5 i- y6 `• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 2 [ R5 L1 @; n( Y/ Z( A
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. " J/ I$ M1 m- @- K% U: R4 I& M
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
