• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse. f) K# V1 z. d/ L0 _' s7 I2 L
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
& G, g1 h2 C* ?3 i9 R4 g• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
9 I4 e5 t1 H4 R% _- A6 y' z• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
) t; s+ ?2 d# F4 o& O7 t/ z9 q• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. , R1 w$ G- v3 ~5 \9 y s
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. * v6 }: Z& _$ b3 \! S; x
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
/ }: E' _8 Q* h8 h7 g/ v% }• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
, S' _& Q( A/ L' k/ T: G• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 8 a! ^3 B% b& _! H
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
+ x* ^! j5 e: D2 e2 c• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.' X! S1 f2 X; B6 ?. u
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.3 X- O4 a9 j2 z$ s9 t
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
+ H5 ^8 ^$ H5 T) D# d• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.! V, ^4 W: E, k1 S
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.* {# H7 Y9 `/ E2 a' ^* {
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
* r/ |* \. o3 {; [/ r2 s# u! x4 @resolution.
+ G3 v! y7 _9 V* \1 z( L4 M) u7 Z3 F• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.$ N( ^. n1 P! V/ N
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.3 x$ g' v" I/ q3 l- ]
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib., w4 P( H, h( o8 k& y* a5 l" W0 W
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
5 ?/ R) l3 ^6 F• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
6 k+ M; V. P$ [3 t# @0 _6 W& x• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 1 A/ H1 L4 i. z9 D+ {! ^

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment 9 A; t, \* _. J) F4 v
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. 6 ]8 M, S+ T$ n3 B; B
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
1 ?0 B/ l6 ]% e& ^+ e. k% {• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
! A2 [, w; J' c• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
! }2 p) a$ T% Y9 |, ]* O7 {! N• Grade 12 / GED.
# @6 k _1 p' E2 G* V• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
- I9 p6 Z7 T1 H• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
/ }4 _1 u# t2 n, v" C• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 7 ~1 k+ J) M! O9 ?
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. ; [+ E# A$ m* F- s7 _) h. |6 M: T
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
4 u6 T$ q# L- _" j5 @! T/ k, J• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
