Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Preserves materials.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
3 d$ Y* \# b- m& B7 Z! O# p9 T• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. : q9 V- Q" [; ^
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. . h5 e/ |5 W2 b7 B$ g; t ~
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. " K1 l! Z6 @' l
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. 3 T0 N, `+ D: m6 A" J, i4 X' ^/ t. L
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
! m4 A% L6 h* f6 n& O# [• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 0 i W$ {& v7 F8 V9 j F
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 9 e" o7 [3 S- P2 ]
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.) [. m( `$ e) I/ ` W
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
+ O+ V* C8 d0 j- H" ^: j/ N' Y• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
: R$ n6 J0 O9 K7 k8 i* c K• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
- T: J: `. H, F% J• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.3 w* I7 t, i" z4 j* N
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
+ i, _5 g+ Z- t6 r/ Wresolution.- g" `7 f/ F# u/ o* j9 }; i
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
) ~# w: B h7 g; B2 q. D$ w: k; P g m• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.& \9 w+ ]2 i% o3 j8 d1 H; A: _! }- U
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
8 a/ b! D7 G# c( f- g& E• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
) H1 Q5 H$ z# B• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
; ~7 L! B: |5 C• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
5 R: }) ^. g% ^* z9 d- K* o, n• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
- e1 U J/ a3 M7 Z) Q. j• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
; f+ A" y) L; z+ T, V5 @• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. , H+ e5 Y0 Q% X/ P0 C
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
- e/ @% h* R9 _• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members./ C9 r7 t% w: q/ \: W# i. C* M. \
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

& f% M5 U* W$ \: G6 AEducation / Experience
# s6 J5 w, |' O. d, C/ q7 v• Grade 12 / GED.
6 T( z- d/ w8 o% @: M2 G, i• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
/ D1 v0 \3 x0 E2 G• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
+ E8 ~5 l# m* o# f/ S' N% a* W• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. , G2 i3 y& s, j
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. b% z. F c( t
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
9 j4 o" ?* ~$ [+ B0 w2 r4 F* d• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
