Job Duties / Responsibilities
( C8 b% X6 S3 v$ d% C9 M. P3 R• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

! J6 s* t, ^' X1 T+ K• Preserves materials.
4 Q, j+ Y) o3 |• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
/ N, u0 ]0 U4 W! r• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
' P7 |3 S% ?9 _' X# o0 b• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
6 O5 f8 ~" @$ _0 l5 F• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
$ }2 M( M" K. q& M7 r% H$ `• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
" |3 e# ^, ?; p7 ^. h• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
' H# W* t: V* d0 X* V5 V9 j, U• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
8 M: w% H, h$ D5 q3 J& j$ }• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
1 [! U- [' j  ^' y0 W* _5 m• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
# v- g, c2 E' |4 ~. O3 p% g• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
, w/ A+ z/ K% g& u- q. ^  d• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
" I* v" K8 v* t: k2 c: \+ l• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
$ _" G3 y& S& S2 f$ {+ m+ K• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
; w7 \1 e! p5 O' p/ c• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
2 H" M7 }, e1 ]3 _* X4 _% C5 ]• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
1 n) i7 I; v  c) Q! R• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
2 y* R6 q$ f: }8 p: b) ?8 m• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
- v( v. g7 X$ x. G• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
0 s) F6 _' `" H; j* O7 S' z1 n• Grade 12 / GED.
; r) U, A  r! M7 ?' l• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
. o, n+ c  T+ y3 p0 t, ~• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
$ ?# v; j1 T  O6 c7 B+ ?% G, w• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
* Z0 ~' i0 z: r( L1 C. {0 z• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
3 Z$ L$ F8 c3 j3 Y: r9 I! ~* |• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
