• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
$ X6 D, O6 [ f+ V6 d( `' i! j5 t• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.; ~8 s* m# t! j- k. n5 q
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. : U2 G4 O( O! i0 F
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. E& L1 P9 ~7 A$ E
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. 7 r+ Q1 l, ~: A3 j4 M
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. # ~, Y# L! P8 y: w& U: d
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
/ N& l8 N5 S" u0 w, D) \) f% X5 x# c1 ?• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
5 g$ W* P! p5 d9 _• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
/ t' `3 n. d ?5 P/ R* B# r• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
' o' `' D& R* n3 l• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.' S! g, R4 W: |, q1 W
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.4 e# Q, \ z/ f- ~; k, L
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
* ^8 ~. A8 c( e" P3 y' O• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.; Z7 h- |7 J; i' |
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
z4 B* y/ [1 ~$ p" cresolution.
! k' l( q4 B I2 B9 q) L2 ]• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
- n6 {( z7 D% Y! }& v8 M• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.

• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
. s9 e p9 f9 s( Q: t• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
' w; M" k+ p2 v8 B/ b• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
) y- M7 \$ n/ R; c9 t4 f• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment ! j6 p) F- n% _- H: Z
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. ( l" o2 N) V9 s; i5 a z/ I4 r1 l
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
0 u, {, h" K1 O& M* }+ k3 H, M• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

* E& s+ F/ L/ o% S9 u+ [• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

$ S4 v/ s7 Y9 W4 WEducation / Experience
+ x2 w- R. u2 {9 y# B$ M• Grade 12 / GED. % J; a; J5 Q- R4 S8 G2 @: L7 M
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
( A& T9 N$ k2 r8 T• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
, S9 k. D2 x& q, v9 p• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 8 z% V: W! |4 G& |7 Y
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. ( e$ [4 k8 @' d1 X- F
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.. O% ^! b/ P& z7 x0 o
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
