We are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.


% M+ T& h* C4 b* [Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
  N# Z6 y' x8 Q% O• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
; C; r& {: E8 u9 C6 H$ N• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
2 P& \, n3 i4 u# y, l• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
1 A; P9 [; C2 t7 d7 ^• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
: ]& k2 F6 L/ B1 \7 j7 ?7 D9 c• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
  r2 [5 Z* ?) w- R• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;
• Assist with Contractor management and supervision as required.

• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;

* S& H% ]& O% G; [• Strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
$ d% e, x+ W8 l, O• Good PC knowledge.

- w- p& Z6 x0 e6 }我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
