# R! p' Y- N) g1 @# IWe are seeking an organized self starter to support plant and field maintenance for assigned production equipment. Work shifts available are a 5-2 or 4-3 rotation (depending on the individual's preference). On-call duties are covered on a rotational basis.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
0 t# c) u& O; O7 s9 k8 L. h1 M• Perform routine day to day and emergency maintenance activities on electrical equipment;
: W5 p/ |+ `1 q+ O* [• Provide troubleshooting and problem solving support on equipment in a timely manner;
• Work individually or together with other skilled trades on planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs;
$ u9 S# O9 _1 r9 k* H: p1 g+ d• Work with engineering and construction groups on the design, construction, and commissioning phases of new projects;
6 O  p+ C! b; E% J• Assist in the planning, execution, and start up phases of area turnaround activities;
• Assist with the development of short and long term maintenance strategies and plans;
• Strive to keep current on emerging technologies;
  I! _; K, ^" y" D) O& q• Ensure all electrical drawings are kept up to date, reflecting changes made in the field;
• Ensure strong commitment to safety and environment on all work performed;
8 @  B4 U; F0 v+ C4 I• Ensure industry and corporate standards are followed on all installations;
• Participate in the Process Safety Management programs in the areas of HAZOP, Equipment Integrity, Risk Management, Operating Procedures, Management of Change, and Incident Investigation;

1 i" n, j; C5 F% j7 }Education / Experience
• Minimum of 5 years oil and gas electrical maintenance experience;
; R* A2 |8 k. X! S  T. c1 k$ L' V+ b• Journeyman Electrical Tradesperson certification;
6 o: R4 T" E. y6 c, ?* R• Dedicated team player;
• Strong problem solving skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
• Good PC knowledge.

我在国内的工厂里做了十几年的电气工程师，在大学读的是电机专业。（哈尔滨电工学院电机专业，79届）。2006年8月份考了个电工证。在多伦多的一家工厂做了一年半的设备维护工作。去年8月至今，在Edmonton西边的一家工厂做电工。
