Mozzarella cheese (white, no yellow color): for pizza or Italian cooking & \* B9 x: m8 l$ ^+ u J/ H; |4 s9 D: h0 X5 v" O
(Those are the cheese I can handle but many others I tried but no way to enjoy, like the following: ) . j. b; W; T2 n3 a" y 0 n( \6 ^, S+ M6 r' _4 R/ ?4 MSwiss cheese (white, with holes): mostly for hot sandwich : f7 K5 e3 v: F' f2 V5 R& O . V: _" v' v: a; ^Parmesan cheese (almost like powder): on top of dishes, mostly pasta.
