A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. % \! F9 V9 `' P9 h• Arrange courier services for all departments

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail
! ~; c! K, e3 X% o• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries3 {8 p$ T& d/ x* G8 }! }
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency
0 b3 \0 _$ U" E; o• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration; U6 V, C' y. d! W1 n5 j
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures( \% f, \$ P$ F' _1 y
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
/ a( }( [( b, x/ p* O% P9 m" o1 ]• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
