The role of Cover Letter is to invite the hiring manager to read your Resume. Don't repeat what you have said in Resume.

- Y+ u; x- @/ T7 ?7 iA cover letter works as a very brief introduction of yourself to the potential emplyer, it does show your attitude towards the job and potential emplyer. Keep it short, attractive and interesting reading in a polite manner.( f4 y1 w$ O# `7 F# y

Generally, the potential emplyer (or the human resources manager) has only 15-30 seconds to read it.
