Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

8 a# D6 O- T4 F+ h  T  L+ T1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

0 x, @0 @! ~' m0 Z" O/ _Key Responsibilities Include:
4 {4 }( P3 l8 v! J4 B
Activity Planning and Daily Activity
3 a; K4 r: D+ r0 G$ N•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
0 R3 C, c0 E. E/ D5 Z•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code

The successful candidate will have:

•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
6 G9 l1 R' A( w8 M% F( C•        Experience with children
( h3 B/ U9 ~2 w% N; z•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
