just flour and water, that's it. , d8 P5 o5 V) n/ UMy parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good , l B3 w) g0 s- o6 n# x; T4 P& c! B; L ^+ U- B
