有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。( }$ p; ~ X$ y3 I( n
$ u) n5 b: c& o
做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
