Position Overview        This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
# J* V3 Y$ i2 X, y7 {# ~7 D6 ^) nResponsibilities        In this position, you will:
• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
4 J0 m( k1 F6 U; C7 t: \• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects;
& V6 o2 u# F1 c& v• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
