Position Overview        This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
( I# [+ E& h2 x" S, k, Q8 D& _5 VResponsibilities        In this position, you will:
• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
1 B0 X8 W& S5 O# S, f( g4 S- B• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects;
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
