; c, a! F' p" ?$ v" S0 IKey Responsibilities:
3 g; G! k3 M$ M5 y  `2 B To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
& r3 F, P7 L5 m* m' y9 w: Z9 @6 D To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
& y, I1 c4 \6 r: c# q8 f7 [ To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
+ L3 J! c; ?! w2 n' m: t To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
- c% e' u. C3 ^" x To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
' a8 m! W: d$ ]& C To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
3 N! Q# }& ?6 A 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
) n% f5 ~# a$ h% N Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
: {2 \- [- z( m6 S: z: Y Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
: J' X0 g& `9 p' s' x Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
