5 x) ?& M* z% V8 h$ b  B3 sKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
- Q9 G" L6 E) c; {. H To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
7 x- \% |! d* P7 P To help promote the program in the community.
6 a6 w% L/ ^6 {0 d, |1 X5 t To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
  ^  ]) Z0 `6 J1 e( U To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
5 C8 B% F) E6 X- B( V: q To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
/ P( Y: T5 r- B6 h' d# s: e 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
% w1 z8 H6 S& ]1 j Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
) @5 j; n! n& A Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
