Housing Program Worker

" ?2 r/ T1 l1 H. F To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
6 [3 h  N2 \6 ` To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
" F; `; M3 k* n" E3 A To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
5 ]3 [  D, x. B To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

5 h! D, j) d. E+ c9 r/ |Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
; G' W! [2 d. q6 ?1 O Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
2 N/ t, J8 B) Q Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
0 C1 m; a  t  ~/ S" U Current CPR and First Aid certifications
. {- a3 f* r. g+ X# Y( b  j5 U  k+ p Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
