Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
- d5 T/ _( |" N4 _% y To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
& s! e4 m7 @$ @$ X4 r To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
2 b1 o% J. m* S! ^2 B To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
% f9 ?8 @: h& A5 T# V" P8 x To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
- N7 H5 U. K8 @9 x Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
