Here is our update on the Edmonton real estate market. (Previous week's numbers are in brackets). For the past 7 days:

New listings: 432 (486, 418, 474)
# Sales: 330 (300, 252, 203)
Ratio: 76% (62%, 60%, 43%)
# Price changes: 233 (276, 196, 252)
# Expired Listings: 303 (134, 138, 110)
# Withdrawn/terminated/etc. listings: 32 (71, 16, 36)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -233 (-19, 12, 125)
Active listings for single family homes: 2411 (2522, 2503, 2486)
Active listings for condos: 1905 (1987, 1991, 1995)

Wow!!! Talk about ending the month off with a bang! We've haven't had that many sales in one week since we've been doing weekly updates (October 2007)!
