The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

5 j; d* L" @# e! f! jThis position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.0 [& L) F. K; s3 T8 ? z
8 `* m0 f* t3 V/ @! lJob Duties/Responsibilities:

8 Y6 ~3 u, I7 @" n: c0 x! z( ^• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities 6 d }; Y- |9 n$ A, Q
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
) b& k, K# j$ u% i; \3 x+ C• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
: ^2 P8 Z' D5 B+ c8 f• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
, C% x* ]; P, P8 O• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

Program Delivery+ X* V5 _8 T- f; E
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 8 M2 B7 R: e" g# e0 d
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
1 N* D5 p% \- b4 Q& h7 C• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required3 o( F( J, F {3 ~- Q4 \
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
2 J" i0 c& P2 Z• Review service action plans and support programs as requested
4 m& n$ i- f7 V• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department2 Q' r1 {. Z# ^7 H; N
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review5 ?$ D6 x* D$ N* }
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required( z8 L3 ? z9 d) t: C

Qualifications:
5 g% Z: S9 v2 H# V
; i5 H E, p8 M5 C! r, U• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
6 }) V3 `% `& L. g0 O# m" u• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities* Y0 [. \1 X! l- r" |
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
" w7 G% R# Q n• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations7 c! a* o$ i) E" o. O* R; A' e
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population
( c- R' w0 u/ d+ K• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
