The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department.  The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload.  The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.; [' m6 S% c0 Z8 q4 u  x

; G0 ]: A& t$ n; w' l: K# e# p2 @Job Duties/Responsibilities:/ U; D+ S. k" R* J) h) M
•        Human Resources Management+ _$ C7 s* n1 j# B% m: d3 a2 ~
•        Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities * c2 x7 u- q1 A, z) \) t, X3 K
•        Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 9 U8 {( m9 v# ~* ^
•        Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
4 K$ W! s1 W* U6 ^4 S% u- L1 [•        Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet         requirements for delivery of services
! w) {9 B/ F7 \8 f•        Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities3 E/ x# @; g5 o& x+ j. `

Program Delivery; _" o  }) [7 X
•        Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program   |+ B5 W4 q9 I" ^+ d- x9 ]4 b
•        Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
: c" i) W2 n% S7 O( k+ N! n( n•        Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
3 M' z/ g! l6 ~. |' @% k•        Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
+ j8 ~# y% b* x3 I9 |& R•        Review service action plans and support programs as requested# T3 r4 }. ?) s/ B/ a6 T
•        Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department3 `5 @( A3 V& w. s6 N' l
•        Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program- |: D- k* b0 o4 O# b. f
•        Implement service modification, as required

: C* g* c+ v( P; Q2 c. `& W# j. b9 M; F•        Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director

•        Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required9 \" N+ D7 d5 n! [) w# S6 \: S# }+ \

7 j, @/ k+ x4 w, F! o
' _. ], R, w# G  F* _•        Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field! x* S: R; Z+ M% Z: s/ V1 P9 J: K
•        Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
3 n0 \$ b& s' b* Z: Z•        Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience+ L! y" [7 o5 @, b# @6 |. H- [
•        Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations/ a- i; }  s6 C. q0 g( W8 H
•        Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population: H; E2 }/ k7 H3 u; u+ V
•        Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office/ x, B. H) Q" X9 r
•        Equivalences will be considered
