4 ?4 k# @' D# q0 c0 [6 S6 g; n+ @1 pKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
& C) {% ?" k+ S% X) m# I4 R To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
0 V2 a" A8 Y1 u& J! d& | To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
6 |; Y) @! k- V6 k! @; T+ z To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
% N: r* ^% D8 G; J To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
+ V1 D$ T6 {6 w$ U' K+ W. K Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
# N5 }3 Z9 U6 ^6 b Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
