Key Responsibilities:
4 `5 t1 R" o9 n/ C- h1 [0 Q To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
/ y1 K1 @3 P, A To help promote the program in the community.
* v4 @4 n$ g8 u! g9 U9 p To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
* X9 r( d# Q1 r$ {" Y) ]/ J 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
+ `( N3 L2 g3 |. T  F" k" h Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
9 J( _/ K  w& T5 C/ E Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
