Time        9:30am – 11:30am
6 a- d0 G5 r* `Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
8 B# ^3 B7 l  d1 ^; K  U, xFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

$ H/ S4 N: y+ f- f# E1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
+ r( Y) i5 }, |$ W' w) v2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
$ _: c8 u; t4 s9 g' J& O4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
: f9 i  c9 l  ~/ U6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

: F! i; C0 L9 N- `Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
