- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the $ d8 T- N+ x' ~$ F
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps
0 E) T( A( {: h2 f( x J6 }- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
6 z6 y0 G* r5 U- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies* L, O. Y6 \1 U7 r) S5 ~- [
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program , S r' {) f3 h* z+ L

- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager

Qualifications:, p+ W$ @' l" c- w8 [
- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood 7 w1 o/ r# l% X: G8 \+ z
Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
4 n8 e6 Z* N5 h# ~- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children5 A$ {- c- C! b5 p v( G' [) r( z
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
1 p0 U; }9 {: W2 H4 T- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
7 |" `2 e$ P8 {8 r) q- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
5 I5 |3 X' }) ~1 b! ^; G- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
7 S4 u# _: `& \" M: B$ f- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

8 {: q+ @0 y8 s! ?5 Q- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)

- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009
