Responsibilities:
- U% l, f; J6 O4 c' ~3 W- Support the Summer Children’s Program Coordinator in the 0 F7 N- x) m3 D& ?8 F7 ]' b7 m
preparation and implementation of the Summer Camps2 f1 T2 l# l( f( H& g9 J7 M
- Assist with facilitating the summer children’s program
) q4 t( l) O% O" g9 u- Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies" c# h3 d: L- ~& r9 q
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program

- Assist with any other program related tasks as assigned by the Senior Program Manager' @3 L9 j) \! Q0 {" b2 D# o$ \

* N7 K \2 W1 n2 o; i- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood 6 O) g! z7 ^, ]6 U! J2 E, _
Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
9 ~/ T* b' H% c- N- Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children& _) q. _ W9 {# R' G% d0 R4 p
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
: n3 ?- |7 c; J+ e# ~' W A3 [- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities0 ]4 s9 f/ m$ L
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese4 h. q0 w" H6 [) ^: I! [- i
- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
( N/ J5 [& q4 E4 V% }, ]- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
; p* F& q+ O$ ^* q- Returning student (should return to school after summer)

Other Information:
6 W8 |$ P" v ^- Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning) 3 ?& i2 E9 K s, K
and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)5 z, ]7 b% H- p. }
- Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 20090 x2 v/ N3 H5 R, |* s" l$ H
