Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

3 p% p: q8 o9 Q  j4 ^$ aWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

' F' `6 f) z; L+ s+ nSkill/Education/Experience required:
- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
6 W; V8 a) m+ ^8 E# k- Paying attention to details;
/ ]' r; m2 E' j. N! @/ p' o: L- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

/ r  B* Z$ C* E" w1 C; h- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
8 a2 }! j, o" q: N; k. S! h1 C- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
/ x& S; g6 F8 k; \) J- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
