Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;

8 S1 P7 u8 o# k; ^0 C$ Y5 jWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
7 f# o7 [, r6 {# q5 _; PSchedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

# s# D. _- j& x! e) V- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.

5 @! y. S( K0 ^8 r8 u2 ?) v- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- N( k% f1 U" Y8 I% g# r/ X- Post-secondary education preferred;
- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
; X4 E8 g, Z" c- X& b4 k6 l$ `- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
# \3 p9 Y: q/ s( \* Z! d6 o6 v- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
