Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

1 B6 M5 t" s! Z: c& z& e1 ^5 nWage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Skill/Education/Experience required:
3 n* j- m* u0 l5 G. {& N7 e- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
! P& k, |7 |5 M" U- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
  r9 T8 b6 o# N- Paying attention to details;
, `- b# M; A: i7 R7 b8 w- Good time management and organizational skills required;
- Post-secondary education preferred;
3 P3 _$ i: Q0 X* H5 d# ]- previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
9 J, w$ @2 Y" c0 m- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
# o* T  R$ G+ r8 |7 |- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
