问一些有关签证的问题

我的签证今年6月30号到期，但是这是我第一次续签，所以不太清楚要去哪里找application form还有我都需要准备一些什么东西，希望有经验的同学能帮帮忙。
还有我听说现在续签可以在网上把材料发过去，有这么一回事么？如果有的话我应该怎样做？
