9 Z& C" g$ ~+ h: D, FWe require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project. . |& D) N" M4 X, l0 L
- x& {- M& l& Y! m/ Y6 U; QDuties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.- M7 A# E9 r7 r E" N

U4 _ G, H1 d$ R! @ LYou possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.
