$ P8 U$ H1 y7 F! g9 A/ z/ P1 U zWe require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project. 5 k" G- M, u9 A% D$ a& i

T4 i6 u8 b3 CDuties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.

; b9 n% ~# A0 k0 fYou possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.& v3 v4 @4 C5 S5 P

PLUS: ability to work independently; sensitivity to deadlines; experience drafting documents/working in web-based environment essential; volunteer or work experience with nonprofit/voluntary organizations an asset; understanding charities' obligations a bonus.
