+ P( o9 R8 O: G* m) H& KWe require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project.

U( v ^Duties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.9 Y6 n6 z+ G( e* p ?$ R- |* _

You possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.

PLUS: ability to work independently; sensitivity to deadlines; experience drafting documents/working in web-based environment essential; volunteer or work experience with nonprofit/voluntary organizations an asset; understanding charities' obligations a bonus.
