求证re-entry

请教各位。我的visa已经过期，study permit还有效。如果我去美国，然后从美国回加拿大，我是否不需要加拿大签证就可以入境？谢谢！

我觉得不能吧,不知道你的学生签上是怎么写的, work permit,上可是清楚的写着can not be any traveling document.我觉得visa 是出入境用的,而any permit是验明证身的.拙见

除非边境没人查，否则visa过期了，就没有入境许可了
我没有去过，仅凭猜测

a valid passport or travel documents
  `$ N9 n* L: Z/ K  K+ La valid study permit if you are returning to study in Canada and
a valid temporary resident visa if you are a citizen of a designated country for which Canada requires a visa.
7 |3 f) _" e, K' }If you are a citizen of a designated country and you travel to a country other than the United States, Greenland or Saint-Pierre et Miquelon, you will need a multiple-entry visa to re-enter Canada. If your temporary resident visa has expired or if your visa was only valid for a single entry, you must re-apply for a temporary resident visa at a Canadian visa office outside Canada before you can re-enter Canada.

i confirmed this policy from the international centre of u of a.  we don't need visa to come back from US.
