请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

再加上你停牌扣的2分，
估计你还有4分可以扣。。。

我周日在2号路在LEDUC断，看到3辆警车PULL OVER了一大堆的车。。。
里面不会有你吧？

在LEDUC断，有个警察中队在哪里蹲点，路过的司机朋友们小心点。

fail to stop at stop sign = 3 demerit points
speed exceeding more than 15 but less than 30 km/h = 3 demerit points
(speed limit on QE2 is 110 km/h, you were going 135km/h, therefore you were going 25 km/h over the speed limit)
you should have total of 6 demerit points on your driver abstract, provided you have no other violations.
to be 100% accurate, you can go to any registry office to obtain your driving record.
once you have over 8 demerit point ,with class 5 GDL, your licence will be suspense.
as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5
road test after 2 years from the date you passed your class 5 GDL road test.
once your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.

you only have 2 points left to play with.
you better watch you own driving careful.
going litlle faster, not stoping for stop sign and red light
will only save you a few seconds of time.
saving a few seconds will not justify by paying all the fines ($$$),
plus your insurance rate most likely will go up next year ($$$).
all the violations will be on your driving record for 3 years.
ps. by the way, do you know how many seconds we live in one day.

请问楼上的，分数要是被扣，那个分是保留1年还是2年？

the demerit points from your violation will be on your
driver record/abstract for 2 years from the date of conviction.
however, the voilation will stay for 3 years.
