What shall "亚省中国电工协会" do ?

"亚省中国电工协会" has established more than one month.  And people including many chinese electricians, non electricians, and sure, most of them so called " Fake Electricians" , are altogether busy arguing from one topic to another. A dumb person like me could not understand who is right, who is not. It seems both sides have enough reasons to support their ideas.

6 u- N7 k, @8 b6 gWhy we need to establish a "亚省中国电工协会" or What is the main goal or objective?
+ T) Q; d, O6 T4 n" |Shall "亚省中国电工协会" protect the right for "real"  Chinese electricians and re-gain the reputation from the public by supporting the government conducting reference check , or support all Chinses "electricians" from the current crisis against the government....?

0 O9 l! t- m2 _$ n- q; PWho are 亚省中国电工协会 going to protect? Please put this as one of the most important agenda  at the next meeting?
