1.Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself with others.It is because we are different that each of us is special.(不要拿自己去跟别人比较以贬低自己，我们每个人因为不同而特别）

2.Don't set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.（不要将别人认为重要的东西当作自己的人生目标，只有你自己知道什么最适合你）

3.Don't take for granted the things closer to your heart. Cling to them as you would your life, for without them life is meaningless.（不要对最熟悉的东西熟视无睹，珍惜它们，就像珍惜你的生命一样，因为缺少了它们生命中的每个日子）

4.Don't let your life slip through your fingers by living in the past or the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live all the days of your life.（不要沉迷于过去或未来而让生命从你的指缝间溜走，珍惜每一天，这样你便拥有了生命中的每一个日子）
