The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog: - q) c/ y( h# a2 D) u
+ c% [) _& ^! ^1 o5 s1 FThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw : J, j7 V! a5 m- i% n7 M2 d" q
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw , U+ G0 R1 }. f0 x% n2 g% m
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
2 @3 T& P5 k' C8 w" G M9 XCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club 6 s" U. k8 D: E
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed American Staffordshire Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
