UofA 研究生可以申请skill worker或experienced class吗？

我想请问大家一下，我的情况够资格申请skill workers 或experience class来移民吗？

2003 年来加， 2007 u of A 本科毕业， 2007-2009 4月 u of A研究生，期间一直持续做part time的teaching assistant。

这样的情况有希望吗？应该现在申请还是等拿到毕业证再说呢？如果可以，哪一种比较快和好呢？

please intruduce yourself with details about work experience. we don't know if your part time job experience can be considered as work experience for immigration.
