Alberta loses 16,000 jobs, still has best unemployment rate in Canada

4 L$ x! I/ [# F3 Q/ y/ WAlberta was the only province in Canada in December to see a big decline in the number of full time jobs, but its unemployment rate is still the lowest in Canada, according to figures released Friday by Statistics Canada.

! ]3 L. X' y( u5 L6 R3 i' pAlberta lost nearly 16,000 full time jobs in December, the agency said.

3 S! R9 g8 ]% x3 O" F% PThe seasonally adjusted unemployment rate in Alberta was 4.1 per cent in December, compared to 3.4 per cent in November.

. v8 }4 G( h8 J* R$ B3 n+ z9 HThe national jobless rate sat at 6.6 per cent in December. Overall, Canada lost 71,000 full time jobs in December, a loss that was partially off-set by an increase of 36,000 part time jobs.

The unemployment rates were 3.6 per cent in Edmonton and 3.9 per cent in Calgary. Both numbers are seasonally adjusted and based on three-month moving averages.

那就以房养房，租金这么高，再赚出一个房子来，等房价升上去后，再卖，稳赚，这就是winners，当然买东西不去那里，那里东西太便宜。

关键就是有人扛不住。尤其是新房的开发商。。。。。。
