We select only the top candidates and those with exceptional skills have the opportunity to advance as store managers and to work in a variety of locations throughout Canada.

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
/ x2 L' l- O% p4 a! K, T2 P" ~# A2) Able to interact well with staff and work in teams
3) Excellent with mathematics
( ?, W' V) p' g/ z  l4 G  K4) Proficient in computers.
5 u! Q6 V# A6 a. v5) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

( z8 d) S, L8 a9 F( yCriteria for selection for Assistant Front Store Managers (Wage $18+):

1) Highly motivated and self-directed learners
2) Ability to work in a fast pace and to multitask
3) Able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
4) Well-organized & focused
- S; g# N( J: ^. b" G; V5) Able to assign tasks and lead work groups.
6) Proficiency in computers.
7) Work well with other staff and in teams.
8) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES MAY BE SELECTED TO PURSUE THE SHOPPERS DRUG MART LEAD PROGRAM FOR FRONT STORE MANAGERS AND THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK IN OTHER LOCATIONS IN EDMONTON.
