DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment. - O. e* n' c* K! a) N: Q* |: O

As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports. * R- ]# c. Key Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent.
