DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling and placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. One-on-one + group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

) r3 {; s3 v4 wAbstract: (2) unique/new employment opportunities in the Transitions Program. As a Case Manager or Community Outreach Specialist you will support clients as they move from the street to living healthier/safer lifestyles. Program services are delivered one-to-one in the areas of life management, crises intervention & management, decision making, community resourcing and employment related services/supports.

8 f0 Y/ N+ L! c" |# I7 D1 g2 DKey Qualifications for both positions: post secondary degree with 2 to 4 years experience or equivalent.

" R; h3 |* v" B1 f  r5 m(a) Case Manager in DECSA's Job Placement Program, you will support clients with documented disabilities on a one-to-one basis with job placement. The ideal candidate has a background working with people with disabilities & has the ability to actively market/place clients in the current local labour market. Position # 08-09-01.

6 h) Y9 i; V, r8 v# `/ g(b) Community Outreach/Employer Recruitment Specialist - Labour Force Solutions, one of DECSA's newest programs, supports north Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers to find a good job placement fit. Position # 08-09-02.
