Position Abstract: The Regional Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for effectively leading and delivering the AUMA's Municipal Sustainability Planning (MSP) Initiative, Phase 4.
& Z6 z# ~3 v" F; l, t& m" L, _1 I1 z5 ?0 ^4 M& ^
The successful candidate will be self-directed and able to work within a collaborative team process, to plan/coordinate the development/delivery of learning resources/events at the local community level within the GAER region.

! K/ D2 }/ K- oKnowledge, Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in social sciences, administration or arts with relevant work experience is considered an asset.0 k8 P7 a; S+ q1 Y% y2 o
. v' l9 m2 B4 ?& a3 H' |5 IThe ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in the following areas: community development/community leadership capacity building; development of partnerships between yourself and the local stakeholders; project coordination; knowledge of municipal planning; superior written/oral communication skills; report-writing and evaluation; working with people of all ages and from diverse backgrounds; communications planning and implementation. % W8 g9 T) `6 M W) k+ F
