Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

& J* @+ c. g/ p2 e7 ?. \1. Transmission flush 219.95
  T+ l* {. X5 z+ G2 Z9 b5 I2. Power steering flush         99.95        
* V) Q- g4 h4 H% i3. Brake flush         99.95
4. Coolant flush 139.95
5. Major Emission service        174.95
6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88

, h2 B8 E4 e( ^3 t' ~8 ADo I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换
