How long do you plan to live there? If for over two years, it is totally worth the investment. 6 ?% Y+ U ~" u* F- Z

But even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
