4 C0 j& @$ G* c8 k P$ GPosition Abstract: responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors and organizes the Re-Enactments. The Program Coordinator oversees matters related to site maintenance, board, donor and volunteer databases, and administrative duties related to fund-development activities and is an integral part of the Re-enactment Program.6 {1 i _7 w" v0 l/ f. d0 G2 H

Key Tasks: establishing/maintaining relationships with volunteers, police and media; administers all board activities, including Board meetings, AGM, committee meetings, ensures up-to-date policy manuals; manages accounts receivables/payables, payroll & prepares monthly financial statements (knowledge of Simply Accounting an asset).5 |6 U# w1 R/ e! R6 i3 l: s' E! h2 R# C
; b7 D& D3 v, l# d+ assists with Special Events/fund development activities; coordinates the set-up of shoots including preparation of props, permission to use sites, acquiring needed vehicle, manages volunteer actors; liaises with schools, businesses and community organizations.

Q. ~2 C9 L9 F3 _Essential Qualifications: exceptional organizational/time management skills and the ability to multi-task; must possess excellent verbal/written communication skills; a valid Driver's License & access to a vehicle; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Simply Accounting and @Ease experience an asset; experience in the non-profit sector preferred.
