! M* E- d3 f! \. q; c. t  O( Y' I We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

Duties:
# Q: s- O, K( g" S# d) |7 ~6 X! d•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
: k" S, ^1 I' W3 k  r•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  b% m7 n6 H/ b•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
$ w8 J* _. `$ o( _" S  S4 H•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
