We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

5 M1 C" n, b4 Z' y( q0 Q; XDuties:
! h. X2 I# n8 B: w5 h& n5 v4 F•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
0 F8 H  t3 e9 Q# c- y: l•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
2 ?0 [- T* `9 k+ o2 m9 \1 U•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
- F% ?# G- M4 Q, ?! U•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
: ?5 \$ ~/ V5 F/ ^•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
' F7 \' J0 @" a$ c1 V•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
% z' f' p) s; X& F•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
6 |5 d- G4 ]) H1 ]& J•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
