We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

5 n8 O- S- o- L! ?Duties:
•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
) T0 y% Y4 h3 R0 }•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
0 y/ h! u9 _/ X2 ]- ~9 n# j7 O•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
" W8 v+ R. t2 _: d* b•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
