The processing plant would have transformed bitumen from Fort McMurray's oilsands into synthetic oil.

/ J$ c/ @! c+ X  G! t1 R  j) g不过小项目还是有的，比如UMICORE的钴冶炼及合成氨扩建项目，法液空（AIR LIQUEDE）的20寸15KM高压碳氢气体管线扩建等等。
