General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.3 y7 S+ N- H. X" B
* x8 i# R& ^! oAccounting and Admin:2 V5 }6 P% D. C6 f4 G
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
1 ^. z7 ^& c- J6 Q2 e+ wo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.: g+ g/ y F5 Z! |: e$ w
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.2 h% F- _& d! j/ I* G7 T
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.! `7 k8 {+ k7 A5 ?
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.5 J: i+ Z+ `/ L; R$ Z4 a7 p
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.5 u; Q) y; R: s5 L% f) F
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
" t! W# b) s3 u8 M& a2 h- i0 j1 C+ xo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.
7 |' p; ` Q% f4 F% go Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

# o2 p) ]& o) p* M! no Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff., [' R: j3 C7 l7 U
o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
0 C* o! M- ^8 F# y2 fo Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer., l7 F& `7 m6 h1 {
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

& Y# Y5 Q, w5 k% `# No Telephone and reception.

o Hotel and travel bookings.
9 r: T1 o. L6 r/ r5 lo Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.# \0 C9 X) u" d5 ~1 `
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.: X- M t# s. \7 W, y
o General office filing.
