•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
/ {# L! t9 f( n+ `! g•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
- b) ^" L! w* h% {•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  % p4 A0 N: v; [8 [: V
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
; J8 ^/ d" G* X$ o. z) L•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.

•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.& o8 i$ g) ~. `+ Y; Y  i; D- s
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.

•        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent is required.

( r4 M7 b8 V" P& v& y•        3-5 years’ progressive responsibility required in marketing, sales and related functions in an industrial, electrical and/or controls environment. 5 n; k6 ^2 j$ s1 S
•        Mechanical/electrical aptitude.
