Position Title: Administrator

General administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:0 @) q% y5 C3 u
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s., k5 R; |$ \. [
o Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing. u! g+ Q& V( {2 W, U
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.8 j2 M% {- [1 X; P3 G
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.' `( I" j+ ]% G, w9 m
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.; V- P1 ?: n, P0 U
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.
( ?2 E+ r" \3 Po Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
, T, U, z+ }+ @. o( I6 To Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.! J' ^$ v+ I$ @: k
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.6 F( ^% \( _& w

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
% ]( c/ i8 \# W) |0 h7 xo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).9 P$ i$ a6 j$ O% k/ N j
o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer." p2 { H2 _+ U- D2 R3 Z
o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.8 | {1 ?* y2 \' g; u. I3 h3 {/ N
Clerical:

! f% [! d% i3 Q1 I" v- o* L! io Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.
) A/ x2 w5 h7 C! co Hotel and travel bookings.( C1 r, y. ^, }. E
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary.
) S6 b& O0 Q/ M; s# u: M4 x7 ]o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.6 M( i& ]* p& z1 m
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
