6 J' j6 ~& U, U6 G/ L5 xGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.

Accounting and Admin:7 A3 [- } B2 h# t
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
8 K' K, H0 N: Q0 Yo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.4 x6 \4 b y) {% I
o Receive P.O.s in Glovia.8 G0 U8 W( I8 J
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.4 T5 }1 c/ U( V
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.
# m8 K! X _; po Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.* V& b" j: a2 `, `7 T) N' l+ {+ D
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.
$ K V! V$ F! l& K7 jo Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.8 L8 X' [: {" z2 f& J4 a% L0 P
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
+ a2 _( V6 K: Yo Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).

o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

o Telephone and reception.

o Hotel and travel bookings.

, b; H1 E( w- |o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.

o Filing and archiving of closed work order files.

• Experienced in MS Office software, general office equipment.
