本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

! Z6 H5 f0 F5 W9 s; g: Q我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.

因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
  }9 M. ?' r4 d; `/ @0 f: G有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

2 k& [$ `) H6 C' g4 u# _# h请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

2 _- w5 Z: a$ Y2 y& W$ T我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
