Full Time Position: (35 hours per week)

o Accountable for Towards A New Generation (T.A.N.G.) youth program( B) M) e( }6 V) T9 W5 H( M7 u
o Writing final reports and assisting in grant proposals for future youth program g$ f, {5 X4 Q' Q0 W a/ ?1 h
o Supervising and recruiting volunteers for youth program: l& t0 E9 v# G
o Coordinate, develop, and manage a summer youth program3 s2 i0 x$ `" \$ A
o Liaison and working with community and community services providers to further develop youth and girls/women program) }3 u" i) c8 M8 C8 P6 N! S
o Train in areas of management, organization and fundraising
: U- w* D9 c% \" S' b1 U6 ko Accountable for evaluation of all activities based on logic model6 `/ V! f( T9 K* Q
o Demonstrate team spirit in achieving visions and objectives of the Centre' V- g( u2 e/ M7 _
o Participate in external committees, conferences and workshops for youth related issues

Qualifications
& M; Z- l. m7 R( P" G0 wo Degree/diploma in Social Work, Sociology, Community Services, Human Services or any other post secondary education with related work experience
+ T- A: ? h! J8 b, m7 ^! ^o Good oral and written English, second Asian language an asset9 N' K, ?2 Q% Y- D- I9 @% F
o Experience in community work, supervising and managing youths, volunteers, immigrant related issues, experience or knowledge of crime prevention issues an asset
4 E" G# X, Y' ~8 ]o Leadership skills, well organized, able to multi-task, good social skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
