Duties

: f6 k; V0 a, _  g/ |8 Z

-Liaises between CUP and Women's and Children's Health Research Institute (WCHRI) to coordinate and facilitate the CUP and WCHRI community based research (CBR) agendas

-Assists SCHRI community-based researchers in designing and undertaking CBR projects

-Contributes to research activities on and off campus involving researchers, policymakers and community members

-Undertakes reviews of the literature and provides material for manuscript preparation

-Develops reports for project partners and funders

-Assists with the submission of grant proposals

-Coordinates knowledge mobilization activities

Qualifications
7 h  I/ u8 ?, \% y: N8 A+ d

-Undergraduate degree in a related discipline such as Education, Human Ecology, Nursing, Psychology, Public Health, Social Work, Sociology etc.; Master's degree preferred

-Experience in community-based research and with a broad range of qualitative methodologies

-Experience in collaborative, community-based, and/or inter-sectoral project work/management

-Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills

The salary range is only $45,948 to $58,248 per year, which is kind of low for a "prefered" master degree graduate.
