  ]# o, K2 `7 ]( U( k6 a- @+ Z- c) w
, ?4 q" S/ D) HYou will work in collaborative partnerships with other organizations, enhancing their capacity to prevent, identify/intervene in situations of elder abuse. You will participate on local, provincial and national committees to build community capacity to address elder abuse.

Your ability to develop/execute community development strategies will provide the foundation for your success. A degree in Social Work combined with three years of professional experience in social services is required.
