我现在的了解是:一种解决办法是上法庭,这也就是选择了不认罪(plead not guilty),面对的是法官JUDGE 和警察. 另一种是不上法庭,这是选择了认罪(plead guilty), 面对的将是justice of the peace, 有求情减少罚款的余地。 ( E, Q( Q+ b* v) e 3 } S0 `. r+ U: I* G$ l" d所以,向阳花你说的是第二种情况减免的罚款吧?* h8 n( H" |& T8 e' E
警察上不上法庭实际上没有什么关系,因为市政府/警察局常年聘用律师在交通庭坐镇,一场不落。当事警察到场不过就是多一个证人而已。如果你有把握推翻此案,则没有当事警察你就占了大便宜。其他几位的主意不错,错可以认,态度要好,但是可以哭穷,以得到减免待遇。 4 s) u. K- Y0 o' Z! e; t2 z, M l; v4 K
